Halah, an award winning cook from a variety of cooking competitions in Israel and around the world, opens her home and heart to fine authentic meals. Halah uses traditional cooking techniques she learned at her mother’s home alongside cooking using modern methods.
Breakfast includes shakshuka, pitas, labaneh, olives, chopped vegetables, water and hot drinks at 50 NIS for an adult and 40 NIS for a child.
Lunches include vegetarian / chicken makluba (rice and vegetable stew), masahan (toasted pitas onions and pine nuts), 3 types of seasonal salads, water and hot drinks. Price per adult: 90 NIS, price per child (ages 3-10): 60 NIS.
Workshops: Halah will be happy to help and build you a variety of culinary workshops for different groups.
Take away: You can order Makluba, a pot of stuffed vegetables, handmade cookies and a variety of authentic homemade dishes. Halah also makes deliveries in the Rahat and Beer Sheva area.
