Sabria, a mother of seven sons, grew up in an small village in a tiny hut with her entire family. When her fourth son started studying medicine abroad she fulfilled her dream and together with her husband they started a food delivery business. Following their success, the couple opened a guest tent in their home where you can stay and hear the story of their lives.

During a visit to Sabria, you will enjoy rich meals while she demonstrates the preparation of open fire bread and the opportunity to participate in a mas-han workshop (a local pastry stuffed with meat).
Breakfast:
Shakshuka, open fire bread, homemade pickles, vegetable salad, chickpeas, labaneh and hyssop (za’atar), water and hot drinks.
Price per adult: 60 NIS
Price per child (ages 3-10): 50 NIS

Lunch:
Mansaf (rich spiced rice) with oven-baked chicken, a selection of salads – vegetables, cabbage, tabbouleh, tahini and pickles. Open fire bread, water and cold drinks.

Price per adult: 95 NIS
Price per child (ages 3-10): 60 NIS

Masahan preparation workshop (local pastry)
In the special workshop, each participant will experience the preparation of open fire pita stuffed with a minced meat cooked with onions and spices that will be prepared on site. During the workshop we will get to know the local spices and the unique cooking method.
Workshop cost: 40 NIS per participant
Pita workshop – 20 NIS per participant
